How to wire a toggle switch
First of all, the side of the switch with the toggle head to themselves, from left to right in order to toggle the first two third pins of the switch, the middle pin is the pin that must be connected. The method of connection can be the first pin on the left and the middle pin, or the third pin on the right and the middle pin connected to use.
Toggle switch is to turn on or off the circuit by toggling its actuator (toggle key or switch handle), which has the characteristics of flexible slider action, stable and reliable performance, etc. It is widely used in electrical appliances, machinery, communications, digital audio and video, building automation, and electronic products.
Two-position three-foot toggle switch is a common one, its three feet, the middle is the common terminal, dial to the left, connect the left two pins, dial to the right, connect the right two pins.
Toggle switch pins and the connection of external wiring, mostly using soldering technology, but often cause false welding and other quality accidents, large factories are generally mechanized, automated operation rather than direct operation of workers, false welding problems also still exist, so the introduction of riveting technology connection to replace the original soldering connection.
However, when this fluctuating switch with a new pin structure is connected to the circuit, the three pins of this two-position, three-foot toggle switch need to be accurately identified in order to achieve precise control of the mechanized, automated operation and to improve the connection requirements for a higher standard of the circuit.
